Director of Clinical Research - Headache & Facial Pain

About the role

The Center for Neurological Restoration at the Cleveland Clinic is recruiting for a Director of Clinical Research in Headache and Facial Pain to join our multi-disciplinary group practice in Northeast Ohio. The Headache and Facial Pain Section under the Center for Neurological Restoration is one of the largest clinical programs in the country, with unlimited clinical-research potential, residing within a diverse, multidisciplinary academic Neurological Institute.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the clinical trials and research program of the Section
• Collaborate with world-class clinicians and leaders throughout the Neurological Institute
• Manage a dedicated research supervisor, 15 research coordinators, the Center’s own biostatistician and clinical trial design expert, and the patient base from 13 board certified Headache specialists and 6 advanced practice providers
• Engage in research interests including clinical trials, patient outcomes, neuroimaging, neuro-technology, and health services research

Requirements

• Hold M.D./D.O. degree or equivalent

• Advanced training in Headache Medicine
• Passion for leading and growing the clinical trials and research program of the Section

Pay

Minimum salary: $286,500
Maximum salary: $383,000
