Director of Clinical Operations

Position Summary

The Director of Clinical Operations will manage the day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, oversee staff, and collaborate with the management team on planning. They will ensure high-quality services, maintain positive client relationships, and assist in developing new clinical programs.

Characteristic Duties

• Manage staff scheduling, operations, and supervision of assigned clinics and employees.
• Affirm the accuracy and completion of payroll.
• Visit clinics quarterly to assess staff needs and clinic operations.
• Participate in the recruitment and selection process for medical providers, practice coordinators, and clinic staff.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and evaluations for all clinical staff.
• Ensure the successful opening of new clinics and work with clients to enhance their health-related cultures.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and attend client meetings.
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate processes to meet performance guarantees and patient satisfaction.
• Assist with planning and development of new clinical programs.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other legal requirements.
• Support patients and staff, and ensure training and re-education are completed as necessary.
• Maintain clinic operating budgets and communicate site and staff issues to management.
• Focus on areas of opportunity and drive the team to deliver the best clinical care and patient outcomes.
