This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dallas, TX or fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead oncology and hematology clinical programs.
- Oversee patient management, adherence, and outcomes initiatives.
- Develop oncology reporting and value-based metrics.
- Support manufacturer, payer, and provider partnerships.
- Manage and mentor oncology clinical staff.
- Monitor emerging therapies and industry trends.
Requirements
- PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
- BCOP certification required.
- 6+ years of oncology pharmacy experience.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- TSBP Certified Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of NCCN/ASCO guidelines and specialty pharmacy operations.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
