Director Of Clinical Oncology

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Dallas, TX or fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead oncology and hematology clinical programs.
• Oversee patient management, adherence, and outcomes initiatives.
• Develop oncology reporting and value-based metrics.
• Support manufacturer, payer, and provider partnerships.
• Manage and mentor oncology clinical staff.
• Monitor emerging therapies and industry trends.

Requirements

• PharmD or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• BCOP certification required.
• 6+ years of oncology pharmacy experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• TSBP Certified Pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of NCCN/ASCO guidelines and specialty pharmacy operations.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year. Individual compensation within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
