Responsibilities
- Create and develop e-learning programs for new hires and tenured team members.
- Celebrate and conduct remote training for new hires and tenured staff and be proficient in both content creation and content delivery.
- Build-out and implement an enhanced and scalable nurse preceptor program.
- Codify and document the training process from beginning to end to enhance the program’s structure.
- Identify trends and gaps in the training to continually improve the program.
- Oversee a team that currently includes the Manager of Clinical Education and trainers.
- Conduct frequent touchpoints and ensure that your team is performing at the expected levels.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in clinical training, program development, and leadership or related areas.
- Minimum five years of experience planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
- Minimum five years of management experience and progressively responsible professional experience, with preference for service-oriented, distribution, or healthcare organizations.
- Experience creating and implementing an enhanced/scalable nurse preceptor program with a remote workforce.
- Candidate Must Have Knowledge And Proficiency In Designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
- Managing a curriculum for a diverse adult audience.
- Delivering training for remote employees utilizing technology.
- Learning and development principles including familiarity with technology-based learning, skill development, and change management.
- Multiple electronic medical records (preferred).
