Director of Clinical Education

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution of clinical excellence programs
• Develop and maintain an annual clinical training roadmap
• Establish standards and governance for training program delivery
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of clinical education programs
• Monitor participation and educational outcomes for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in a related clinical field required
• 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare education or clinical operations
• Experience managing complex training programs and operational budgets
• Strong strategic planning and program management capabilities
