About the role
This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy and execution of clinical excellence programs
- Develop and maintain an annual clinical training roadmap
- Establish standards and governance for training program delivery
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery of clinical education programs
- Monitor participation and educational outcomes for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree in a related clinical field required
- 7-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare education or clinical operations
- Experience managing complex training programs and operational budgets
- Strong strategic planning and program management capabilities
