What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment pathway for prospective families, beginning with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding completion.
- Facilitating exploratory discussions to evaluate alignment before introducing offerings or advising on subsequent actions.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow-through.
- Directing campus visits, shadow day experiences, and enrollment dialogues that articulate performance outcomes, behavioral standards, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Sustaining precise CRM documentation and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, workflow prioritization, and service excellence.

- Deploying transactional or aggressive conversion strategies.
- Accepting families with poor alignment solely to satisfy numerical targets.
- Supervising a sizable team or operating within complex reporting hierarchies.
