What You Will Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding.
- Facilitating exploratory consultations to assess family-model compatibility before advancing candidates or proposing enrollment.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying enrollment stages, with structured tracking and follow-up protocols.
- Delivering campus tours, student shadow days, and enrollment discussions that transparently convey outcomes, commitments, and ideal-fit profiles.

Key Requirements

- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial engagement to final onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ simultaneous client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
- Capacity to present specific instances of advisory-style decision-making, including situations where you declined business when alignment was absent.
- Professional writing experience addressing senior leadership, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: La Jolla, Malibu, CA; CA; Los Angeles, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or Santa Monica, CA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in competitive independent school admissions or selective program enrollment.
- Background in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level concierge roles.
- Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
- Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not simply velocity.
