Journey Wealth is a boutique Financial Planning Firm that serves high-net-worth families, physicians, and business owners. This role is ideal for someone who believes relationships matter and excellence is non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
- Client Meetings & Continuity: Synthesize and summarize notes from client meetings, ensuring flawless team execution and clear, actionable next steps.
- World-Class Client Servicing: Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client service requests, handling inquiries with the personability, professionalism, and urgency our families deserve.
- Precision Client Onboarding: Seamlessly complete and process new business applications across major custodians (Fidelity and Schwab), as well as annuities and life insurance, with an uncompromising commitment to accuracy. Proactively follow up on pending business and account transfers, providing clients with reassuring, consistent updates.
- Strategic Case Preparation: Collaborate with wealth management partners to prepare comprehensive case preparation and retirement analyses for upcoming client consultations, ensuring the team is fully equipped to deliver strategic advice.
- Anual Review Coordination: Facilitate the annual client review process and construct detailed account summaries, empowering our private client group to deliver ongoing financial strategies and account updates.
- Rigorous CRM Maintenance: Maintain an impeccably organized, audit-compliant filing system. Own the daily integrity of our CRM database, ensuring all new business, service activities, and client touchpoints are captured with absolute fidelity.
Qualifications
- Preferred Industry Knowledge: Ongoing experience in the financial services industry with a working knowledge of investment advisory and insurance products.
