Role Summary

Build and nurture lasting partnerships with our clients. You'll serve as their trusted advisor, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value while uncovering new opportunities to grow the relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships at a senior level across key accounts
  • Develop account strategies that align client goals with our capabilities
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead expansion conversations
  • Ensure client satisfaction and act as an escalation point when needed
  • Collaborate with delivery and strategy teams to shape proposals and roadmaps
  • Represent State of the Art with credibility and confidence

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years in client services, account management, or business development within digital agencies
  • Strong understanding of AI, data, and customer experience disciplines
  • Proven ability to grow accounts and build executive-level relationships
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing revenue targets
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Genuine passion for helping clients succeed
