The Sharpsburg Baptist Church seeks a Director of Children's Ministries who is cheerful, energetic, Christ-honoring, and loves families with children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate children's ministry programs
• Collaborate with other church staff to enhance children's ministry efforts
• Oversee volunteers and ensure safety in all children's ministry activities
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and children

Requirements

• A degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening
