About the role

The Director of Kids Ministry at GoTEN’s Kids Ministry leads and develops both Kids Care and Kids Outreach programs. Key responsibilities include supervising staff and volunteers, shaping program vision, ensuring safety and impact in both classroom and outreach environments, developing curriculum and activities, training and supporting team members, coordinating schedules and resources, and building strong relationships with refugee families.
