About the role
We are looking for a Director of Channel Development to design and scale the indirect sales program across resellers, distributors, and dealers. You will recruit and enable partners, own channel-sourced revenue, and build the programs and incentives that make partners successful.
Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Design and own the channel strategy across resellers, distributors, and dealers.
- Partner Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and enable channel partners to drive indirect revenue.
- Enablement: Build partner enablement — training, playbooks, incentives, and co-marketing.
- Revenue: Own channel-sourced revenue targets and partner performance.
- Program Management: Manage partner tiers, margins, deal registration, and channel-conflict resolution.
- Cross-Functional: Align sales, marketing, and operations around the channel motion.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in channel / partner sales, including program leadership.
- Channel Track Record: Proven success building and scaling channel programs and revenue.
- Enablement: Experience designing partner enablement and incentive programs.
- Relationship Management: Strong partner relationship and negotiation skills.
- Analytical: Data-driven approach to channel performance.
- Cross-Functional: Ability to align internal teams around channel goals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's required.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in paying top-of-market rates for top-tier talent. The base salary range for this role is $350,000 to $425,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
