We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Job Summary, About You, WHAT YOU’LL DO, OUR REQUIREMENTS, Preferred Requirements, SALARY, Benefits, About Us. We need to use for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Salary is given, so Pay section. Benefits given, so Benefits section. Schedule? Not given explicitly; they say full-time, 35-hour-per-week position. That's schedule info. Could include Schedule section. But we need to decide: The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could combine Pay and Schedule? But they gave separate headings examples: Pay, Schedule. We could create Pay section with salary, and Schedule section with hours. Or combine into one? Probably better to have separate Pay and Schedule sections as they are substantive.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "Powered by JazzHR". Also remove navigation etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include content from Job Summary, About You, WHAT YOU’LL DO (which includes sub-sections: Program Leadership and Implementation, Staff Leadership and Supervision, Partnerships and Employer Engagement, Compliance, Data, and Program Growth), OUR REQUIREMENTS, Preferred Requirements, SALARY, Benefits, About Us.
We need to format using

We need to format using for section headings. For sub-sections inside WHAT YOU’LL DO, we could either treat them as subheadings? The instruction only mentions using for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that. Probably we should keep WHAT YOU’LL DO as a section with and then inside we can have - for each bullet? The content is paragraphs with bold headings. We could convert each bold heading into a

Thus structure:

maybe? But they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have About the role (maybe "About the Role") as heading. Then we put the Job Summary and About You? Actually "About the role" could contain job summary and about you. But we also have separate sections for Responsibilities (WHAT YOU’LL DO), Requirements (OUR REQUIREMENTS), Qualifications (maybe Preferred Requirements?), Skills? Could combine.
We need to decide mapping:
- About the role: Job Summary + About You (maybe).
- Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO content.
- Requirements: OUR REQUIREMENTS (mandatory).
- Qualifications: Preferred Requirements? Or we could treat Preferred Requirements as Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe not separate; we could omit if not specific.
- Benefits: Benefits section.
- Pay: Salary.
- Schedule: full-time, 35-hour-per-week.
We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content.
Let's extract content.
Job Summary: "The Bernikow JCC Staten Island is seeking a Director of Career Services Programs and Workforce Initiatives to lead workforce development, career training, and employment programs within the Career Services Department. Reporting to the Senior Director of Career Services, the Director will oversee a portfolio of publicly and privately funded programs, initially focusing on the implementation and management of the Keystone Program. The Director will collaborate with the Director of CRED and other department leaders to ensure programs meet contractual requirements and achieve measurable outcomes for youth, young adults, and adults."
About You: "You are a dependable, results-oriented workforce development professional who can move programs from planning through implementation while managing multiple priorities. You are an effective leader and communicator who builds productive relationships with staff, participants, funders, employers, training providers, and community partners. You Bring Strong leadership, supervision, and team-development skillsKnowledge of workforce development, career coaching, and employment servicesExperience managing grant-funded programs, contracts, and deliverablesExcellent project-management and organizational abilitiesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationThe ability to use data to monitor and improve performanceSound judgment, accountability, and attention to detailA collaborative, culturally responsive, and solutions-focused approach"
Note: The "You Bring" line seems missing spaces; we need to preserve as is but maybe add spaces? We should keep original text exactly; but we can format as a sentence with spaces. The original: "You Bring Strong leadership, supervision, and team-development skillsKnowledge of workforce development, career coaching, and employment servicesExperience managing grant-funded programs, contracts, and deliverablesExcellent project-management and organizational abilitiesStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationThe ability to use data to monitor and improve performanceSound judgment, accountability, and attention to detailA collaborative, culturally responsive, and solutions-focused approach". It's missing spaces between items. We'll keep as is but maybe we can add spaces for readability? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Adding spaces is not inventing; it's just formatting. Probably okay to insert spaces to make readable. But safer to keep exactly as given? It's ambiguous. I think we can add spaces to separate items because it's still same information. However, to be safe, we could keep the string as is but it's hard to read. I'd add spaces.

Now ensure we removed boilerplate: "Powered by JazzHR", EEO etc. Also removed "About Us" includes EEO statement?
