About the role
The Director of Cardiac Imaging and Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing the cardiac imaging and rehabilitation services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. This position requires a deep understanding of pediatric cardiology and extensive experience in managing clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and quality assurance of cardiac imaging and rehabilitation programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients with cardiac conditions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff members.
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in pediatrics and cardiology.
- At least 10 years of experience in pediatric cardiology and related fields.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in healthcare management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
