Director of Capital Formation, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Leading capital raising efforts for current and future investment vehicles
• Building and managing relationships across: Institutional investors, Family offices, RIAs and private wealth platforms, High-net-worth individuals (HNW)
• Developing and executing a regional coverage strategy across South Florida and LATAM
• Originating new investor relationships and expanding the firm's investor network
• Driving fundraising conversations across both institutional and wealth channels
• Partnering closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy and investor engagement
• Representing the firm in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows
• Delivering clear, compelling messaging around the firm's strategy, platform, and performance

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within private equity, real estate, or alternative asset management
• A demonstrated track record of raising capital or directly contributing to fundraising efforts
• An established investor network / rolodex, including: Institutional investors, Private wealth channels (RIAs, private banks, HNW), Exposure to Latin American investors (strongly preferred)
• Fluency in Spanish required
• A strong understanding of alternative investments and capital markets
• Real estate experience preferred but not required
