    • Maintain effective security separation and access controls between data center, power, utility, administrative, and other campus areas.
    • Support the protection of generation assets, substations, interconnects, fuel and gas infrastructure, control systems, and associated facilities.
  • Lead the construction-to-operations transition
    • Partner with the Construction Security Program Manager to establish a structured transition from construction security to operational security.
    • Develop the operational security model before customer turnover and data center activation.
    • Validate staffing, procedures, technology, and systems before operational acceptance.
    • Oversee the transition of security technology from construction commissioning into operational ownership and close gaps before facilities go live.
  • Manage threats, technology, and compliance
    • Monitor the local threat environment and develop protective measures for trespassing, theft, vandalism, protest activity, unauthorized surveillance, workplace violence, and targeted threats.
    • Partner with Corporate Security, Threat Intelligence, and Security Design & Technology on emerging threats and operational requirements.
    • Oversee the performance, testing, maintenance, commissioning, upgrades, and lifecycle planning of access control, CCTV, biometrics, intrusion detection, perimeter detection, intercoms, and related systems.
    • Support customer audits and security reviews, maintain required documentation, track performance metrics and key risk indicators, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Build teams and stakeholder relationships
    • Build, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing campus security organization as Monarch scales.
    • Establish clear accountability across Nscale employees, contracted providers, and other security stakeholders.
    • Develop strong relationships with law enforcement, emergency management agencies, fire and emergency services, government organizations, utilities, infrastructure partners, and relevant community stakeholders.
