Summary/Objective

The Director of Campaign Strategy is responsible for developing and executing full-funnel media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for the Angel Guild — both originals and licensed content. This role owns strategy end-to-end, from audience research, channel selection, and messaging, to budget allocation, agency management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for the Angel Guild — both originals and licensed content.
  • Owning strategy end-to-end, from audience research, channel selection, and messaging, to budget allocation, agency management, and performance measurement.
  • Lead with clarity and accountability in a fast-paced studio environment where great storytelling meets measurable results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or brand strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in creating and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, video, and owned channels.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with media planning and buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Understanding of brand management and reputation management.
