Summary/Objective
The Director of Campaign Strategy is responsible for developing and executing full-funnel media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for the Angel Guild — both originals and licensed content. This role owns strategy end-to-end, from audience research, channel selection, and messaging, to budget allocation, agency management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue for the Angel Guild — both originals and licensed content.
- Owning strategy end-to-end, from audience research, channel selection, and messaging, to budget allocation, agency management, and performance measurement.
- Lead with clarity and accountability in a fast-paced studio environment where great storytelling meets measurable results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or brand strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and driving business outcomes.
- Experience in creating and executing multi-channel campaigns across social, video, and owned channels.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with media planning and buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Understanding of brand management and reputation management.
