Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all student accounts operations, including billing, account adjustments, and payment plan administration
  • Oversee student receivables, collections, and student financial communications
  • Serve as Purchasing Coordinator, managing procurement workflows, vendor relationships, and Accounts Payable processes
  • Administer the Purchase Card Program, including reconciliation, compliance, and reporting
  • Maintain and manage campus contract inventory and support contract oversight processes
  • Provide review and oversight of accounting functions, including reconciliations and financial accuracy
  • Cookordination closely with St. Ambrose University finance and student accounts teams to maintain operational alignment across campuses
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and financial procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field required
  • Minimum of four years of relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience in higher education financial operations preferred

  • Understanding of university administrative and financial processes
