Skills And Abilities

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align BI initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on understanding and communicating the company’s core business
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Snowflake, Tableau, Redshift, QuickSight or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ELT processes
  • Experience in data visualization and statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ITGCs) and data security best practices

Education/Certifications And Work Experience Requirements

  • Experience as BI/Analytics Director at a high growth company with a proven track record of high impact
  • Track-record of building and leading highly effective BI teams with a customer service and partnering mindset
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships across departments
  • Depth of experience selecting and implementing suitable technology for efficient data loading, governance and reporting capabilities required
  • Experience in building at a metrics-driven company (especially Private Equity owned and/or in a franchise model) is ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
