Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
  • Hire and on-board new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
  • Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
  • Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
  • Create the workplace of choice for your territory.
  • Cultivate culture through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.

Qualifications

  • A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
  • Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
