Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Hire and on-board new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed.
- Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
- Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Create the workplace of choice for your territory.
- Cultivate culture through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
Qualifications
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team.
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
