About the role
Manage the planning and coordination of the community maintenance function, including overseeing technical maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, schedule, and assist (hands-on) all technical maintenance activities of employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining, and repairing community and surrounding property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5-10 years of related experience with 5 or more years progressively challenging managerial experience
- Technical knowledge of electronics, carpentry, painting, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, commercial kitchen appliances and sprinkler systems
- Knowledgeable in National Fire Protection codes, EPA, and OSHA, and other local, state, and federal regulations
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

$67,898.00 - $83,499.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
