Responsibilities

• Direct program goals, infrastructure, and plans to align with business objectives and partnerships.
• Manage program budgets, tools, and resource allocation to adapt to changing needs.
• Track performance metrics and serve as the main link between internal teams and external partners.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while handling overall team development.

Requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Clinical License preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management; OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, including 2 years in leadership/management.

Pay

$125,689.26 - $170,049.54 per year
