About the role

Contract position for benefits decision-makers to provide feedback on health and pharmacy plans. One-time engagement with a compensation of $175.

Responsibilities

• Describe your current process for evaluating and renewing corporate health plans
• Walk through how your organization approaches pharmacy benefits management
• Share feedback on what drives your final purchasing decisions during renewal cycles
• React to different plan structures and discuss their feasibility for your workforce

Requirements

• Senior HR, Total Rewards, or Benefits professional at a larger organization
• Direct decision-making authority or heavy influence over health insurance purchasing
• Familiarity with pharmacy benefit plan structures and vendor negotiations
• Comfortable discussing the financial and strategic trade-offs of benefit designs
