About the role

The Director of Bellarmine Fund & President's Society oversees fundraising initiatives and engages alumni and friends in supporting the university’s strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including alumni, donors, and board members.
• Manage donor stewardship programs to enhance engagement and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising efforts with institutional objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience with major gift and planned giving strategies.
• Familiarity with donor relations and cultivation techniques.
• Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance standards.

Skills

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
