Director of Behavioral Health Crisis Response

Director of Crisis Services to lead and expand community crisis programs, overseeing crisis response and mobile outreach. Key Responsibilities Direct 24/7 crisis response operations and coordinate mobile outreach.Partner with hospitals, law enforcement, and community stakeholders to strengthen crisis pathways.Manage and develop clinical and support staff through training, supervision, and performance support.Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery and uphold a culture of respect and inclusivity.Oversee quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.Drive program development and continuous improvement using data.Collaborate across teams to align goals, improve outcomes, and support effective service coordination. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.Knowledge of trauma-informed care and client-centered practices.Experience ensuring quality, safety, and compliance in behavioral health settings.Excellent relationship-building and cross-system collaboration skills.Ability to use data for program improvement and operational effectiveness.
