This full-time role in Trenton, NJ, requires an experienced leader to manage a comprehensive program, working weekdays with occasional on-call availability. Familiarity with general office software is essential. Requirements Active LCSW licensure in New Jersey. Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Social Work preferred. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in community-based settings. Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in integrated behavioral health or primary care settings. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in general office software. Qualifications Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential highly preferred. Experience with program and grants management. Knowledge of harm reduction and motivational interviewing. Servant-leadership orientation.
