About the role

We are an established, mission driven healthcare and human services organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), including autism. Our team provides individualized behavioral, clinical, and supportive services designed to promote independence, enhance quality of life, and deliver meaningful outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

We are seeking a compassionate, resourceful, and clinically experienced leader to oversee behavioral and clinical services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Westchester County, NY. This position combines clinical expertise, team leadership, and operational oversight. The ideal candidate is someone who can balance hands-on clinical involvement with developing staff, improving programs, and maintaining high standards of care. Whether you're an established Clinical Director or an experienced clinical supervisor ready for your next leadership opportunity, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow professionally. • Support intake, discharge, and coordination of clinical services.
  • Partner with senior leadership to strengthen clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Travel to nearby program locations as needed and participate in periodic on-call coverage.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related human services discipline.
  • Active BCBA certification or LCSW credential required; BCBA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis, behavioral intervention planning, and evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or managing clinical professionals.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance clinical decision-making with collaborative team leadership.
  • Genuine passion for improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work primarily onsite and travel locally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
