About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to serve as the Director of Banquets at our prestigious hotel or resort. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of banquet operations, from planning and execution to team management and customer satisfaction. You will inspire and mentor a talented team to deliver flawless events that exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead all banquet operations, including planning, execution, and team management
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and unforgettable guest experiences
- Manage budgets and demonstrate strong financial acumen
- Stay current with banquet operations and industry trends
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Requirements
- Extensive experience in banquets and event management, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- In-depth knowledge of banquet operations and industry trends

Pay
Salary Range: USD $95,000.00 per year.
