Director of Audiology
Responsibilities
Leading growth strategy, service line development, technology adoption, outreach, and multi-site expansion aligned with system and market priorities.
Working with all regional leadership to ensure strategic priorities are aligned for the NM system hospitals.
Contributing to advancing research on hearing loss, improving outcomes for affected populations, and educating and training future Audiologists (students) in the diagnosis and treatment of these conditions.
Requirements
A Doctor of Audiology (AuD) or PhD in Audiology related area.
Clinical trials and research experience.
Management experience in healthcare, academic, or multisite clinical environment with a demonstrated expertise in advanced audiology diagnostics and implantable technology.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 annually.
