Director of Audio Visual

ON Services is a national, full-service event production company specializing in AV design, lighting, scenic design, and creative solutions for corporate events, trade shows, concerts, and large-scale productions. Our company is comprised of three specialized teams — ON Site, ON Events, and ON Tour — working together to deliver seamless execution across venues, events, and tours.

About the role

The Director of Audio Visual is responsible for the overall management of audio visual services within a hospitality venue environment. This role oversees day-to-day AV operations, client service, property relations, sales support, equipment and labor coordination, and team leadership to ensure successful event execution and strong business performance. This position works closely with venue partners, clients, internal leadership, and on-site team members to deliver high-quality audio visual services while upholding ON Services standards for professionalism, service, safety, and operational excellence. The Director of Audio Visual plays a key role in supporting client satisfaction, employee development, financial performance, and the overall success of the venue partnership.
