Responsibilities
- Lead and manage varsity athletics, club sports, and recreation programs
- Supervise and develop athletics staff and coaches
- Oversee recruitment strategies for student athlete success
- Manage budgeting and financial resources
- Ensure compliance with regulations and conference requirements
- Schedule facilities and manage game operations
- Collaborate with campus and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership in athletics or recreation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
