Director of Analytics and Data Administration
About the role
The Director of Analytics and Data Administration plays a critical leadership role in driving fundraising effectiveness at TCNJ through the integrity, accessibility, and strategic use of constituent data.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all system integrations with the primary Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, Raiser's Edge.
- Manage data flow from auxiliary systems to ensure seamless and accurate data transfer.
- Act as the technical lead for major CRM upgrades, conversions, and implementation projects.
- Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data entry, gift processing, data hygiene, and report generation.
- Lead initiatives to cleanse and enrich data, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date for effective solicitation.
- Produce complex fundraising reports and dashboards for all levels of management.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights for the AVP and other Advancement leaders.
- Develop and implement system workflows within the CRM to streamline and support the Development team's day-to-day operations.
- Provide advanced training and documentation to staff on data best practices and efficient system usage.
- Other duties as assigned by the ED and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited college with a Bachelor's degree.
- Expert-level knowledge of Raiser's Edge (or comparable advanced CRM).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, validation, and large-dataset analysis.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing third-party system integrations.
- Experience with advancement reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred.

$100,000 - $115,000
