Now is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to change the industry through experience in technology development, full-custom ASIC and electronics development across the Semiconductor, Medical and Defense industries, including some of the most challenging fabrication processes and product applications. We are always looking for talented and dedicated IC Design Professionals to join our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop integrated circuits (ICs) using advanced design tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into hardware specifications.
  • Contribute to the creation of detailed schematics, layout designs, and verification plans.
  • Perform simulation and analysis to ensure the functionality and performance of ICs meet design specifications.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and test engineers to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IC design, preferably in semiconductor, medical, or defense sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in design automation software such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, or similar hardware description languages.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and packaging techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence in engineering.

Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of digital and analog circuit design principles.
  • Experience with physical design, including layout, timing analysis, and power integrity.
  • Understanding of high-speed signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
  • Knowledge of test and measurement techniques, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
