Responsibilities
- Work with the Kellogg leadership team to build the AI enablement team, establish strategy and priorities and lead a small team of technical experts to deliver the strategic priorities.
- Work with faculty to identify AI-backed innovations for our curriculum.
- Proactively drive conversations with stakeholders to identify priorities for delivery of solutions and judicious experimentation with new concepts.
- Decide what gets worked on and accountable for delivery.
- Build a network of partnerships (inside and outside NU) to enable delivery of solutions.
- Promote voluntary adoption of successful innovations by other faculty / stakeholders.
- Promote architectural leadership to ensure solutions are sustainable and secure.
Requirements
- They are excited to engage faculty on teaching and research projects.
- They are a systems thinker; they have technical product management experience, preferably prior experience leading a higher-ed team that has developed creative applications for other disruptive technologies.
- Sufficient technical literacy to challenge developers as necessary.
- Organizational astuteness: the ability to manage conflicting priorities tactfully and maintain faculty confidence.
Qualifications
- Completion of a PhD or Masters level degree preferred or comparable experience.
Skills
- Technical product management experience.
- Experience leading a higher-ed team that has developed creative applications for other disruptive technologies.

Pay
The expected base pay range for this position is $220,000 - $250,000. This base pay range is for a twelve-month academic appointment and is subject to negotiation.
