About The Job
- Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Engineering.
- Drive strategic AI projects from concept through production deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes and ROI.
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align AI investments with long-term business objectives.
- Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence to guide AI architecture, platform decisions, and implementation strategies.
- Translate business priorities into scalable AI capabilities and adoption plans.
- Lead process redesign efforts to optimize workflows before automation and AI deployment.
- Establish performance metrics and governance processes to track adoption, value creation, and business impact.
- Drive change management and enterprise adoption initiatives to maximize AI utilization across the organization.
- Present progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Build execution discipline, visibility, and accountability across the AI portfolio.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
- Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions that delivered measurable business results.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI implementation.
- Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and ROI.
- Experience leading organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Manufacturing, industrial technology, or operational environment experience preferred.
