About The Job

  • Lead enterprise AI deployment initiatives across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Engineering.
  • Drive strategic AI projects from concept through production deployment, ensuring measurable business outcomes and ROI.
  • Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to align AI investments with long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence to guide AI architecture, platform decisions, and implementation strategies.
  • Translate business priorities into scalable AI capabilities and adoption plans.
  • Lead process redesign efforts to optimize workflows before automation and AI deployment.
  • Establish performance metrics and governance processes to track adoption, value creation, and business impact.
  • Drive change management and enterprise adoption initiatives to maximize AI utilization across the organization.
  • Present progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build execution discipline, visibility, and accountability across the AI portfolio.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
  • Proven experience deploying enterprise AI solutions that delivered measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI implementation.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI technologies, Azure Foundry, enterprise systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes and ROI.
  • Experience leading organizational change management and technology adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Manufacturing, industrial technology, or operational environment experience preferred.
