Director of AI & Creative Innovation

Duties

• Extend and advance the Creative Technology roadmap
• Create practical frameworks for integrating AI throughout creative workflows
• Build and test AI, automation, and workflow prototypes that solve real creative and operational challenges
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale successful solutions
• Develop knowledge systems that make content, research, and institutional expertise more accessible and AI-ready
• Establish practical AI standards, governance, and best practices
• Measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact to guide future investments

Requirements

• Proven experience building AI applications, automations, custom GPTs, knowledge systems, or internal tools
• Strong understanding of creative organizations, ideally within media, entertainment, advertising, publishing, or agency environments
• Product-minded approach to problem-solving, experimentation, and user feedback
• Technical fluency with AI platforms, APIs, automation tools, structured data, and emerging technologies
• Experience with knowledge management and information architecture
• Able to influence and collaborate across Creative, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams
• Strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
