We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, salary range. Also maybe "Who we are" could be About the company but not required. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes: - Description: "This is NOT a REMOTE OR HYBRID position** The Director of AI is a strategic leadership role ..." This is about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - Responsibilities: many bullet points under Key Responsibilities (AI Strategy & Governance, Cross-Functional Use Case Development, Implementation & Change Management, Vendor & Technology Evaluation, Risk, Compliance & Data, Executive Reporting). Those are subheadings but we can treat them as list items under Responsibilities. - Requirements: includes Education & Experience, AI & Technology Knowledge, Leadership & Business Skills, Physical Requirements. Could be Requirements section with sublists. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: Salary Range $160,000 - $180,000 DOE also eligible to participate in Mark III Annual Bonus Plan. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not include Schedule. - Qualifications/Skills: Could be merged into Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "DOE" is okay; it's specific. We need to remove EEO boilerplate at end. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

    About the role

    Responsibilities

    • AI Strategy & Governance: Develop and maintain a company-wide AI strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals; Chair the AI Committee, with cross-functional representation from MEP, Service, Manufacturing, VDC, Business Development, Estimating, and Finance; Enforce AI governance policies: acceptable use, data privacy, vendor risk, and model/tool approval process; Own the build-vs-buy-vs-partner decision framework for AI tools and vendors
    • ... etc.
But we need to keep each bullet as a list item; we can break each responsibility into separate
  • . The posting has headings within responsibilities; we could keep them as part of the li text. Similarly for Requirements: we can have sublists or just li with detailed text. Benefits: list. Pay: maybe a

. We must not include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract substantive content. First, About the role: The first paragraph up to "This position will be responsible for the AI responsibilities for all operations. We also will be hiring a Vice President of Technology for M3 Components, LLC. The AI Director will have authority for the full enterprise, but the Vice President of Technology will responsible solely for the technology of M3 Components, LLC." Also includes "Who we are:" description of company. That could be part of About the role or maybe separate About the company but not required. We can include that as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive info, so include the company description. Thus About the role paragraph will contain: "This is NOT a REMOTE OR HYBRID position. The Director of AI is a strategic leadership role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving the adoption of artificial intelligence and automation technologies across Mark III Construction's business functions — including MEP Construction, Service, Manufacturing, Virtual Construction (VDC), Business Development, Estimating, and Finance. This role chairs the company's AI Committee, sets AI strategy and governance, and partners with departmental leaders to identify high-value use cases, pilot solutions, and scale what works. This is a strategy and transformation role, distinct from IT infrastructure and support, though close coordination with IT is required for security, data access, and technical implementation. This position will be responsible for the AI responsibilities for all operations. We also will be hiring a Vice President of Technology for M3 Components, LLC. The AI Director will have authority for the full enterprise, but the Vice President of Technology will be responsible solely for the technology of M3 Components, LLC. Who we are: Mark III is a full-service construction company comprised of three complementary business units: M3 MEP, M3 Service, and M3 Components. We support projects from initial concept through long-term maintenance, with specialized expertise in healthcare, higher education, industrial, life science, and technology markets. Our integrated, big-picture approach allows us to self-perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, process piping, prefabrication, and MEP design. By consolidating these services under one organization, clients benefit from reduced profit layers, minimized scope gaps, and simplified project schedules—working with a single, accountable partner rather than multiple consultants and subcontractors. Headquartered in Sacramento, California, Mark III operates throughout California and Nevada. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility serves as a centralized hub supporting five core trades: HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing, electrical, and metal-stud framing. To support our continued growth, we will be relocating from our current combined 62,000 square feet of office and operational space to a new 340,000-square-foot headquarters at 2031 Optisolar Lane, with the move planned for completion by the end of Q3 2026. Mission: Leading the Evolution of Construction Vision: Exposing the World to a New Way to Build Core Values: Teamwork Excellence Perseverance Integrity Continuous Improvement" We need to ensure we removed the double asterisks and extra spaces.
