Requirements

• Recruit and attract talented agents
• Coach, mentor, and support agent growth
• Help new agents launch successfully
• Create accountability and drive performance
• Build strong relationships inside and outside the company
• Lead team meetings, trainings, and recruiting events
• Help shape a positive, productive company culture

Qualifications

• Leadership, sales, recruiting, or business development experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude
• Natural motivator who enjoys helping others succeed
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
• No real estate license required
