About the role
The Director of Agent Experience & Marketing serves as the face of the Market Center while providing marketing and branding support to our agents and leadership team. This person creates exceptional first impressions for agents, clients, and guests while helping agents elevate their visibility through marketing, social media, video content, and branding support.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance agent visibility and client engagement.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and oversee all marketing materials for agents and clients.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to build community and drive traffic to the Market Center.
- Support event planning and execution, including marketing collateral and promotion.
- Work closely with agents to understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and branding, preferably within a real estate context.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or real estate industry.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
Skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing software.
