About the role
The Director of Advancement plays a crucial role in enhancing the institution’s fundraising efforts and community engagement initiatives. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will oversee all aspects of donor relations, campaign management, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual goals.
- Manage donor relations, including stewardship and cultivation activities.
- Oversee campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate fundraising into overall institutional strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
