About the role

The Director of Adult and Corrections Education oversees the development and implementation of educational programs designed for adult and corrections populations. This includes curriculum design, staff training, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs tailored to adult and corrections populations.
  • Oversee staff training and professional development.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure all programs comply with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with external partners to enhance educational offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, corrections, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in adult and corrections education.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing educational programs.
  • Experience with curriculum development and staff training.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations applicable to adult and corrections education.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
