This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. Responsibilities

• Works closely with the business development team and referral sources.
• Directs the day-to-day operations of the Intake Coordination team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
• At least 1 year of hospice experience.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Hospice or home health experience (preferred).

Pay

Competitive Pay $92,000 - $95,000

Schedule

Available to work M-F business hours; participate in AOC rotation.
