Your Key Responsibilities
- Referral Generation: High volume referral management, driving appropriate referrals, meeting growth targets, and establishing strong market acceptance.
- Strategic Marketing: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and initiatives to achieve budgetary projections.
- Relationships: Build professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and more.
- Territory Management: Strategically assess your territory, adjusting plans to maximize impact.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Prior Skilled Nursing Experience is required in an admissions capacity.
- Fluent in PCC, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills are a must.
- Admission sign-ins, insurance verification, and insurance authorizations.
