Harmony Dubuque is rapidly growing and our team is looking to invest in a Director of Admissions by providing opportunities to further your career and with the tools and encouragement you need to succeed. As a Director of Admissions you are instrumental to ensuring the resident admission process is smooth and effortless. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Dubuque by overseeing the resident admissions process, ensuring all records necessary for admission are obtained, working with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation, and ensuring new resident's rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the resident admissions process
- Ensure all records necessary for admission are obtained
- Work with residents and their family members to complete admission documentation
- Ensure new resident's rooms are appropriately prepared for them prior to their arrival
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a marketing or similar role
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years of related experience
