This position drives enrollment and revenue growth through professional referrals, community outreach, and event planning, while delivering high-quality service to families and professionals to foster lasting engagement with Fusion Academy.
Responsibilities
- Drive enrollment growth through professional referrals, community outreach, and consultative engagement with families and professionals.
- Build and maintain strategic community partnerships and referral networks to expand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan and execute campus and community events that strengthen relationships and support enrollment goals.
- Own prospecting, outreach, enrollment, and sales metrics using Salesforce and other tools to track performance and forecast results.
- Partner with marketing, campus leadership, and regional teams to align outreach efforts, solve challenges, and support school initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, market trends, and competitive insights to inform strategy and improve results.
- Foster a personalized, premium experience for students, families, staff, and professional partners while connecting them to appropriate resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; education, marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- Experience in consultative sales, outreach, business development, event planning, and relationship management.
- Proven success achieving sales, enrollment, or revenue goals in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM, reporting, and presentation tools (Salesforce, Canva, Power BI).
- Strategic, adaptable, and solution-oriented professional with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Pay
USD $68,000.00 - USD $78,000.00 / year.
