About the role

Alpha is developing one of the world's most rigorous school models, integrating demanding academics, technology-enabled learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. The model is proven, but success depends on selecting the right families.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete enrollment process for prospective families, from initial engagement to onboarding completion.
  • Facilitate exploratory conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or advancing to subsequent stages.
  • Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across varied enrollment phases, with structured tracking and follow-up discipline.
  • Direct campus visits, student shadow experiences, and enrollment dialogues that transparently convey results, standards, and model suitability.
  • Ensure precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or owner-operated service businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial inquiry through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family interactions across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.
  • Capacity to offer specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you counseled against your offering when misalignment existed.
  • Professional correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Greenwich, CT; Boca Raton, FL; Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requirement for visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Background in selective private school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs (nice-to-have).
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support capacities (nice-to-have).
  • Track record developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols (nice-to-have).
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance conversion alignment, not merely velocity (nice-to-have).

Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot and SIS).
