Responsibilities
Direct the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning first touchpoint to onboarding completion.
Facilitate needs-based conversations to evaluate alignment before offering solutions or advising on next actions.
Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, ensuring clear tracking and timely follow-through.
Guide campus tours, student shadow visits, and enrollment dialogues that articulate outcomes, expectations, and model suitability with clarity.
Ensure CRM and enrollment system accuracy (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.
Requirements
3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand reputation (education, high-end hospitality, executive support, premium membership organizations, or entrepreneurial service operations).
Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process spanning initial contact through onboarding.
Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by a structured tracking and prioritization approach.
Capacity to offer specific examples of consultative decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was absent.
Professional writing experience addressing senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Chicago, IL, Nashville, TN, Oklahoma City, OK, Tulsa, OK, or Southlake, TX.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
