What You Will Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the enrollment journey for prospective families, from initial contact through onboarding completion.
- Facilitating needs-assessment conversations to evaluate fit before presenting solutions or advising on next steps.
- Overseeing 20+ active family relationships across various stages of the enrollment cycle, with transparent tracking of status and follow-up actions.
- Delivering campus tours, shadow experiences, and decision-stage conversations that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the profile of families for whom the model is designed.
- Ensuring accurate CRM and enrollment data (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Applying transactional or high-pressure sales approaches.
