This fully onsite leadership role will partner closely with executive management to provide accurate financial reporting, strategic insights, and financial guidance to support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounting teamOversee all accounting and financial reporting functionsPrepare and review monthly financial statements and management reporting (MD&A)Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planningEnsure accurate revenue recognition, work-in-progress (WIP) reporting, and job costingAnalyze project financial performance and profitabilityDrive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processesStrengthen internal controls, financial compliance, and inventory accuracyPartner with Operations and Executive Leadership to improve financial performance and operational efficiency Qualifications CPA preferredConstruction industry experience required10-15 years of progressive accounting experience5+ years of senior accounting leadership experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience with job costing, WIP reporting, and percentage-of-completion accountingAdvanced Excel skillsExperience working with ERP and accounting systemsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilitiesDemonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Why Join?
