About the Role

Oversee all accounting, treasury, financial reporting, HR administration, and audit activities while ensuring the financial strength of an organization delivering critical healthcare benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Manage annual audits, budgets, financial statements, and trustee reporting
• Oversee treasury functions, banking relationships, and investment account activity
• Handle HR administration, onboarding, benefits coordination, and payroll processing
• Partner with auditors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required
• Audit experience required
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Experience with accounting software; MAS90 preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability
